November always reminds me to focus on gratitude. Perhaps it’s that whole Thanksgiving holiday thing. I wanted to share a few prompts that have really helped me to think about all the blessings in my life. When I write in my gratitude journal I feel happier, calmer, and more centered. I’m able to bounce back from daily frustrations easier. So, I created a free 7 Day Gratitude Journal printable for you! I teamed up with Kimberly of Grace and Sass who provided scripture that accompanies each prompt.

Whatever side of the fence you are on, this has been an ugly election year. In addition, news anchors are happy to provide us with all the sad and scary things that are happening in the world. It is important to be an informed citizen. If we’re not careful, however, all this negativity can affect our emotions. And this is a stressful time of year to boot with holiday preparations.
Your Organized Life, LLC (little ole me) and Grace and Sass created this one of a kind journal. Each prompt pertains to a different area of your life and is accompanied by a beautiful picture and bible verse to aid in reflection.
